I loved how easy it was to stroll to nearby parks like Hempstead Lake State Park and enjoy great dining nearby like Salsa Mexicana, making my weekend a delightful experience.

The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating,, making my stay genuinely pleasant. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities.

Unfortunately, I faced issues with room reservations,, and some amenities were lacking, affecting the overall experience. Noise from the nearby train was also noticeable, which hindered a restful night.

The breakfast was a nice perk, especially since I was dealing with allergies and the staff went out of their way to help me with extra tissues. I really enjoyed unwinding by the cozy fire pit and taking a dip in the heated pool during my stay. It was a bummer that the gym was closed for renovations, but they offered us access to a nearby one, which was a good backup. 😊

The breakfast options were impressive, especially the variety of hot items. The room faced a brick wall, which was disappointing.

The atrium breakfast area was a peaceful and lovely start to the day.

The room we stayed in was quite noisy due to being so close to the train tracks.

We had an amazing group trip, visiting the beach and checking out a concert nearby. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Free parking was a plus, and breakfast had great options. Just a heads up, the hotel is close to the train tracks, so if you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs.

One downside was that the hotel was booked solid during our stay, which made it a bit hectic at breakfast with limited food supplies.

During my overnight stay, i found the hotel exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit. The breakfast had a fantastic selection, including freshly baked pastries and delicious coffee. My room was impeccably clean and spacious

elevator was out of service.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, making it a delightful home base for my trip. One area for improvement would be to have heavier curtains for more privacy in the room.

We had a great time, especially enjoying the comfy bedding and delicious breakfast options. However, the curtains in our room were a bit of a letdown since they didn’t fully close for privacy.
